For Club members, the loyalty system records qualifying fulfilled orders, RTD quantity, check-ins, missions, achievements and referrals. Points are redeemable; XP drives progression. Your Shopify customer record is the identity anchor, while the loyalty system is the ledger source of truth.
Focused receives a 2% discount with 1.00× points and 1.00× XP. Locked In receives 3% with 1.25× points and 1.15× XP. Deep In receives 5% with 1.50× points and 1.35× XP, plus the highest level of Club benefits and access.
Yes. The current Club model is free to join. Your first qualifying fulfilled RTD order unlocks the Focused tier.
The current architecture does not lock a universal stacking rule. Subscription discounts are governed by the active selling plan and subscription platform, so the checkout implementation should determine whether discounts stack.
