Where We Ship
Mateya delivers to most pincodes across India. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 12 noon may be processed the next business day.
- Fast Dispatch: You will receive an email/SMS with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Timelines
- Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier partner.
- Major cities: Usually 2–5 days
- Tier 2/3 towns & remote areas: 5–7 days (may vary due to local courier networks)
Delivery may take longer during festivals, high-demand periods, or due to unforeseen issues (weather, strikes, etc.). If your order is delayed, we’ll keep you posted!
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. Orders below this may attract a small shipping fee, visible at checkout.
- COD: (If enabled) May incur a nominal fee, visible at checkout.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable once an order is dispatched, except in cases of damaged/wrong delivery.
Order Tracking
As soon as your Mateya order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS. You can also view order status in your account on our website.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to activate after dispatch.
Delivery Issues & Responsibility
- Incorrect Address: If you provide the wrong shipping address, or are unavailable to receive your order, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
- Lost/Damaged Orders: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
- Risk of Loss: Responsibility for the products transfers to you once the order is marked delivered by the courier partner.
